UV LED Curing Light Selection Method
1. Select Wavelength: 365nm, 395nm, 405nm
If you don't know how to choose, you can ask the UV glue or ink supplier. According to the industry experience: UV glue is generally 365nm or 405nm, and UV ink is 395nm.
2. Luminous Windows
Length and width of the product to be irradiated in mm. If the above is flow irradiation, normally only the length needs to be provided.
3. Choose energy: Energy required to cure the glue or ink in mJ or MW
mJ and other UV lamps MW*time S, for example: 1000MW/cm2, 3 seconds is 3000mj, the mW value is directly related to the irradiation distance.
4. Controller: Touchscreen version and rotary knob

5. Control Method: Passive short-circuit and active 24V input
Select the control method as needed, UV printers generally use 24V input, and the rest use passive short-circuit lighting signals (dry contacts).
6. LED Lamp Cable: Standard Length: 2 meters, 3 meters
The standard is 2 meters, and the other types are standard 2 meters and 3 meters. Choose the length of the wire according to the actual requirements. When using on a glue dispenser, it is recommended to choose the side outlet for the lamp head line.
