Return & Refund Policy: Due to the sensitive nature of electronic printer parts and the variables involved in installation, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on electronic or service parts. Upon delivery, please check the outer package immediately. If visible damage is detected, refuse the delivery and contact support immediately.

3. Model Verification: Verify the printhead model specifications carefully before ordering. Upon receipt, confirm that the model matches your requirements. Do not install the printhead if there is a discrepancy. Once installed onto the machine, no returns, exchanges, or refunds can be processed, as manufacturers do not accept returns once parts have been mounted.
