The ZC-HX Hot Air Circulation Oven is a highly efficient solution for heating and air circulation within a designated environment, particularly in industries where precise and regulated heating is critical, such as baking molds, melting polyurethane, preheating molds, and curing PU products. The hot air circulation drying oven adopts an intelligent digital display temperature control apparatus and temperature sensors, ensuring stability and reliability. It uses hot air circulation to maintain temperature control and stability within the range of room temperature~180℃, as indicated by the temperature controller.

Specification
  • Working temperature: Room temperature-180℃.
  • Temperature controller fluctuation value: ±2℃, temperature uniformity: ±4℃.
  • Constant temperature timing: 0.01–99.99 hours (heating is cut off when the time is up, and a buzzer prompts).
  • Total heating power of the vulcanizing oven: 6KW.
  • Box: Using the far infrared heating hot air convection fan uniform principle, insulation material using aluminum silicate fiber felt and asbestos; shell supported with channel steel. The structure can be made according to the customer's specific requirements.
  • Heating elements: 1.2 KW heating tubes, distributed on the left and right sides of the oven.
  • Fan: 1.5 KW blower, used for circulating hot air.
  • Electrical control: Intelligent temperature control instrument, JSS48 display time relay, Schneider air circuit breaker, Schneider AC contactor, etc. Control box placed outside the box.
  • Due to the size and quantity of the vulcanized products, the internal structure of the standard oven is determined by the actual production requirements of the user.
  • The total power of the oven is determined by the volume of the oven.
  • Since the product rack is convenient for entry and exit, the inner wall of the oven is paved with triangular irons, and the partitions are left for later.
  • The double-duct motor circulation air heating system and the heating structure of the ducts on both sides force the hot air to flow through the sample, which promotes the rapid drying of the sample.
  • The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate sprayed with baking paint, and the inner tank and shelves are made of cold-rolled steel.
  • The equipment is equipped with a nameplate and safety signs, and the nameplate is marked with the main technical specifications of the assembly.
Working Principle

Upon connecting the oven to a power source, our advanced control system, coupled with specialized heating elements, convert electrical energy to formidable heat energy. A meticulously designed hot air circulation system, along with a robust stirring fan, ensures the oven's interior temperature remains uniform. To provide consistent temperature monitoring, a reliable temperature thermocouple is utilized. Once the temperature reaches the predetermined set value, the thermometer communicates this information to the system, which subsequently adjusts the oven's temperature by interrupting contact. Ultimately, the duration of constant temperature or heating is determined by the efficacy of the time relay.
