Yes! We are a factory. We have been producing UV LED products for six years.
What's the wavelength of the UV LED lamp?
The wavelength of the UV LED lamp usually is 365-405nm. The wavelength for inkjet printer is 395nm, 385/395nm for printing machine, and 365nm for UV glue.
What's your LED chip brand?
We use Korea LG, Taiwan Epileds, Japan Seoul, and Nichia for our LED chip configurations.
What's the cooling way?
Most of the UV LED systems are water cooled. We also have several hot-selling air-cooled UV LED models, and more air-cooled designs are in development.
What’s the lifespan of UV LED?
The lifespan of the LED chip is 20,000 hours in theory. With proper maintenance during usage, it can typically be used for 3 to 5 years. Initial customers have successfully operated the systems for over 5 years.
