This UV LED curing machine is available in four standard models: LS400-LED365, LS400-LED385, LS400-LED395, and LS400-LED405, corresponding to different curing wavelengths.
The equipment supports four peak wavelength selections depending on your process requirements: 365nm, 385nm, 395nm, and 405nm.
It features an irradiation area of 150*350mm. The irradiation distance is adjustable between 10mm and 30mm for optimal curing performance.
The machine features 1-100% adjustable power regulation and can be operated via either convenient Button control or external I/O Control options.
This system is widely used for UV glue and screen printing ink curing in medical, electronic, liquid crystal, PCB, packaging, and other related industries.
