Features

• It can stimulate the instantaneous high voltage to light a UV peak to the UV 360nm. The irradiation caused the ink layer curing of acrylic resin crosslinking.

Introduction of UV Curing Machine

Conveyor belt width is 0.8M, total length is 2.5M, height is 1.4M, weight is about 200KG.
Power is 380V, power: two sets of UV lamp, one set is 5.6KW or multi group to custom-made.
This machine is a ultra low temperature UV curing machine, designed for the paper industry. The surface temperature is maintained at about 40 degrees when the paper conveys over the UV machine, to maximize the protection of the paper deformation.
This machine adopts special structure, high power air transport system. No sliding and falling phenomenon during the UV curing process of the papers. Each group of lamp tube can be operated independently, and the speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted freely.

Teflon Belt

High and low temperature (-70℃ to 260℃) resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance, long service life.
Resistant to a variety of strong acid and alkali corrosion, chemical resistance, non-toxic.
The size is stable, the extension coefficient is less than 5%, the strength is high, and has good mechanical properties.
Fire retardant, with air permeability, reduce heat loss, improve the efficiency of drying.

Centrifugal Fan

It is a constant pressure variable flow device, convenient maintenance, some models can be equipped with cleaning door, maintenance without disassemble, save time.
Good ventilation effect, especially suitable for use in air or exhaust pipe.
Usually used in the pipeline transportation of air, non corrosive, flammable and explosive gases can be used.
Run without friction, the noise is very low and not easy to stick the dust, maintenance is very convenient.
The surface is spray treatment, oxidation is strong, not easy to be corroded.
