The wavelength of UV LED lamp usually are 365-405nm. The wavelength for inkjet printer is 395nm, 385/395nm for printing machine, 365nm for UV glue.
We use Korea LG, Taiwan Epileds, Japan Seoul, Nichia about the LED chip brand.
The materials of lamp is Aluminum, and the lens are quartz.
Most of UVLED are water cooling. We also have several hot selling air cooling UVLED, more air cooling UV LED are on the way.
The lifespan of the LED chip is 20,000 hours in theory. If you take care of it during usage, it usually can be used for 3-5 years. Initial customers have been using the UV LED for 5 years.
